Belt Conveyors






12" Belt

12" belt is designed to fit traditional conveyor pit dimensions so they work in new construction of retrofit situations. One of the main benefits of the 12" conveyor is less moving parts (no rollers, trap doors, roller up fork, etc.).
  • Makes for simple and easy maintenance
  • Easy tracking and little fear in derailing
  • Loading is simpler because there are no rollers
  • No trauma of roller jumps













Dual Belt

Dual 30 and 42" conveyors are designed for more control of the vehicle when the driver is inside but less restriction on the type of vehicle being washed. Having all four tires on allows more control when the driver activates the brakes or turns the wheel because nothing happens.
  • Eliminating guide rails makes versatility on tire size
  • Tunnel efficiency improves dramatically
  • Clean Design
  • More use of tunnel without trade offs











12' Belt

The 144" conveyor is designed for manually working on the exterior of a vehicle (hand washing and detailing). The belt stretches the full width of a car and then some.
  • Designed to leave the car doors open for detailing and not stepping off the belt
  • Also able to work in front of the vehicle without having to move
